Report on the webinar regarding the consultation of experts from portuguese-speaking african countries concerning the first draft of a recommendation on the ethics of neurotechnology by UNESCO
On 2 July 2024, a webinar was held, facilitated by the Portuguese National Council for Ethics for Life Sciences (CNECV), to consult with experts from Portuguese-speaking African countries concerning the first draft text of a RECOMMENDATION ON THE ETHICS OF NEUROTECHNOLOGY, drawn up by an Ad Hoc Expert Group (AHEG) appointed by UNESCO in line with the decision of UNESCO’s General Conference at its 42nd session (42C/Resolution 29).
